Your area of work:

The Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) combines ICT Risk Management and Information Security within the Second Line of Defence. The department's mandate is to establish and maintain the ICT risk governance framework, perform independent risk oversight, and provide transparent reporting on ICT risks across Deutsche Brse Group. 

 

As an ICT Risk Data Engineer & Reporting Specialist (f/m/d), you will play a key role in further developing the Risk Data Hub - self developed Google Cloud Platform (GCP) based platform for ICT Risk related data, expanding its data coverage, automating data ingestion and processing, and transforming ICT risk data into actionable management information through modern reporting and visualization solutions.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Further develop and maintain the Risk Data Hub on GCP 
  • Design, build and optimize automated data ingestion and processing pipelines from internal and external data sources 
  • Integrate additional ICT risk, information security and governance data sources into the Risk Data Hub 
  • Develop management dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker Studio, Power BI and other reporting technologies 
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency and reliability across the Risk Data Hub ecosystem 
  • Analyze ICT risk data and support the preparation of reports for senior management, risk committees and regulatory purposes 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, information security and technology functions to identify reporting and analytics requirements 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture, automation capabilities and reporting processes 

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics or a comparable field 
  • At least 2 years of experience with data engineering, data integration or business intelligence  
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling concepts 
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform 
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Data Studio, Power BI or similar tools 
  • Ability to work independently, proactively drive topics forward and propose practical solutions 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory 

 

Would be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of ICT Risk Management, Information Security or operational risk management and relevant regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, EBA  
  • Experience with Python, automation frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation or modern data engineering practices 
  • Good eye for dashboard design, visual storytelling and user experience
