Your key responsibilities

  • Lead discussion on ServiceNow Implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and shared goals
  • Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions
  • Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations)
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting
  • Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architectures
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design principles
