Job Title: Senior Data Engineer, AVP

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

• This role is for Senior Integration Developer responsible for solution design and development of the CRM data layer that feeds data into CRM Wealth Management business application.
• The candidate is expected to work closely with Transformation and other key stake holders to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software solutions are delivered to users.
• Candidate should have a strong technological background, expertise in oracle & Informatica Power Center.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver solid, scalable, robust integration solutions keeping the design in-line with existing standard framework.
• Design efficient database solutions, data modelling, schema design, stored proc / queries to improve system performance. Apply performance tuning techniques, identify & resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle, Informatica
• Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and database concepts.
• Expertise in ETL Pipelines using Informatica Power Center.
• Hands on experience in Control-M scheduling is preferred.
• Knowledge of Core Java, advanced Java added advantage.
• Pyspark, GCP added advantage.
• Experience working in wealth management, Salesforce, Relational junction tool related projects is highly preferred.
• Perform build & deployment using dev-ops tools like Bitbucket, TeamCity, Udeploy etc.
• Experience working in agile projects and familiarity with Agile concepts.

Your skills and experience

• Should have 7 to 14 years of total IT experience with strong experience in Design, Development, Implementation, Troubleshooting of ETL based application using Oracle - Pl SQL, Informatica Power Center, Java, Linux shell scripting.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently, perform multiple tasks and take decisions where necessary, under minimal supervision
• Should demonstrate accountability and ownership over and above assigned tasks
• Strong analytical and logical thought process to be able to independently drive and influence positive changes
• High level of curiosity and a keenness for constant improvement
• Tenacious and resilient, able to operate in fast moving environment
• Good communications skills, able to synthesize requirements, ask clarifying questions communicate ideas / vision
• Good team player and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve common team goals
• Attention to details
• Experience in Python & Pyspark - nice to have.
• Experience in GCP & terraform - nice to have.
