Legal Collector Specialist (f/m/x)

Join in the NPE Management Team, part of Private Bank, which is responsible for managing non performing clients (no consumer and private customers), safeguarding the Bank from credit risks and mitigating the losses.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a portfolio of non-performing bank loans;
• Management of relationships with external legal counsel supporting the Bank;
• Assessment of loan loss provisions for the most significant cases;
• Identification of positions eligible for disposal activities

Skills:

• Law degree
• Good knowledge of the main IT tools (Office suite: Excel, Word)
• Good verbal and written communication skills(Italian and English
• Experience in legal debt recovery proceedings
