Deutsche Banks Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) is the central division within its Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), focusing on strategic advisory, financing, and capital-raising solutions for corporations, financial institutions, sovereigns, and sponsors worldwide. IBCM China team aims to strengthen its position as a leading European investment bank with strong connectivity between Europe, the Americas, and intra Asia.
Your key responsibilities and required skills
Look for candidate with strong interest and passion in IBCM (especially focusing on cross border financing via structured loan and DCM products). Punctual, accountable, able to work well in a team and have a flexible and can-do attitude
Daily tasks involve credit/industry analysis, information collection, modeling, assistance to financing deals in the process of screening, pitching, internal approval and closing/syndication
Assist team member in ad-hoc projects, fact finding, market research, documentation, transaction process and execution and etc.
Fluent in English and Chinese, in reading, writing and speaking
Require commitment to work min 4 days a week with full attendance, and able to stay focused
Candidates in non-graduating year and with financing/banking related experience will be preferred
