Overview

Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) product suite and financing to institutional clients, including financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds.

What Youll Do

  • Responsible for covering important institutional clients at a senior level within our Rates Sales team as part of the Short Duration desk

  • Have strong relationships with partners, senior Portfolio Managers, principals and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover and to work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base

  • Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities within the Banks and insurance clients

  • New business development in particular within the Short duration space

  • Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships. Generate new revenue opportunities for the Rates business

  • Think strategically about the Business, stay on top of market themes/trends

Skills Youll Need

  • Series 7 & 63

  • Proficient experience in Fixed Income

  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 to $170,000.
