Overview

The Latin America Institutional Sales Client Group (ICG LatAm) originates and delivers financing solutions for institutional clients across the region. The team works across Fixed Income and Currencies, with a primary focus on financing transactions involving bonds, loans and other credit assets. The client base includes sovereigns, supranationals, corporates, banks, asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, hedge funds, private equity firms and central banks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cover institutional clients and support the origination, structuring and execution of financing opportunities across Latin America

  • Partner with Trading, Structuring, Credit, Legal, Operations and other infrastructure teams to develop and deliver financing solutions

  • Prepare client materials, transaction analysis and market updates across bonds, loans and related financing products

  • Assess transaction economics, funding considerations, liquidity, balance-sheet usage and key execution risks

  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet analysis and the identification of new revenue opportunities

  • Coordinate transaction execution and follow-up, ensuring clear communication across internal teams and clients

  • Develop and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new financing needs and opportunities

  • Stay current on credit markets, funding conditions and macro themes affecting Latin American clients

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience or strong interest in credit markets, financing, bonds and loans, with a focus on Latin America

  • Ability to understand transaction structures, economics and risks and communicate them clearly to clients and internal partners

  • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and preparation of client and management materials

  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Commercial mindset with a consistent sense of urgency, ownership and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute accurately in a time-sensitive environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
