Deutsche Banks Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.

Our offering consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services - including buy-side and sell-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring advice, underpinned by one of the world's largest and most successful Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (DCM and LDCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) platforms. Our range of services and strong presence across the globe enables us to complete large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and regional transactions.

You will work as a Vice President within the Industrials Coverage Team.

  • Taking significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution and new business development

  • Working closely with clients, outside professional advisers and senior-level team members

  • Effective coordination of the work of junior team members (Analysts and Associates)

  • Financial modelling that supports transaction origination and execution

  • Supporting the broader franchise with tasks such as organising recruitment events and running point on the intern programme and subsequent development

Your skills and experience

  • Leading client calls and the preparations of presentation materials

  • Taking significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution and new business development

  • Working closely with clients, outside professional advisers and senior-level team members

  • Effective coordination of the work of junior team members (Analysts and Associates)

  • Financial modelling that supports transaction origination and execution

  • Supporting the broader franchise with tasks such as organising recruitment events and running point on the intern programme and subsequent development

  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
