Your key responsibilities
- This role has dual responsibility for DWS India and DWS UK HR Relationship management.
- Providing advice to leadership teams and people managers on the DWS HR strategy and agenda (e.g. recruitment, performance management, talent & development, compensation, etc) and implementing the related policies & processes
- Engaging with the HR team and people managers to enable a sustainable high performance workplace including consulting on leadership, structure, culture and talent management
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of the organizational change agenda including transformational projects and restructuring
- Collaboration with HR colleagues, including HR product and country teams across DB Group to provide the relevant HR services, including providing support as required across the APAC and UK region.
- Employee Relations management and advisory including consultation and ER process management
- Local oversight of HR risk, governance and workforce planning
- Responsible for Training Need Analysis and supporting the learning requirements of India employees in aligned with Global Learning team.
Your skills and experience
- Min 4-6+ years relevant HR Business Partner/Advisory experience
- Relevant degree equivalent qualifications
- Preferred asset management or banking & finance industry background, with demonstrable business acumen and commercial understanding
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across locations representing a solution-oriented way of working, collaboration and ability to constructively challenge the status quo
- Comfortable with presenting to management groups, with the ability to produce concise presentations, including necessary research and inquiry capabilities
- Ability to partner and manage relationships with new and existing HR vendors and structure contractual agreements accordingly
- Sound understanding of appropriate employment legislation and how to manage employee relations matters in accordance with policy & law, with counselling and conflict resolution skills
- Strong MS Excel skills and comfortable with analysing and interpreting People Analytics / HR data.
- A strong team player with commitment and determination and the ability to lead and inspire team members and other stakeholders
