Team / division overview

For the team "DWS Finance" we are looking, at the earliest possible date, for a motivated employee (m/f/d) at our Luxembourg location.

The main task will be to support the preparation of transferring the Accounts Payable process from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA and the associated implementation of the DB Buyer Tool. As a basis, this position involves taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day operations relating to the operational cost controlling and invoice settlement process. This requires strong communication skills in German and English as well as a structured way of working. In addition, you are able to cooperate in a trustworthy manner with all hierarchical levels.

Your responsibilities:

As our Finance Analyst, you will:

• Support within the project for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and DB Buyer, collaboration with project teams

• Cooperation with Finance Offshore Centres within the scope of the project

• Processing of incoming invoices, account assignment, invoice verification and support of payment runs

• Processing of intercompany recharges and internal cost allocations within the Group

• Various reconciliation activities and controls

• Participation in the preparation of monthly closings in accordance with IFRS

We are looking for:

• Commercial vocational training or alternatively initial experience in accounting, also as part of a university degree

• Basic knowledge of accounting and cost accounting

• Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Structured, diligent and independent working style with a strong understanding of numbers

• Very good communication skills in German and English (international working environment)
