Als Editorial Content Manager bersetzt du komplexe Investment- und Wealth-Management-Themen in verstndliche, relevante und hochwertige Inhalte fr Kund*innen und Interessent*innen . Du erstellst aus CIO-Research, Marktmeinungen und fachlichen Impulsen starke Artikel, E-Mail-Formate, Newsletter-Beitrge, Website-Texte sowie Strukturen und Skripte fr Webinare und Videoformate.

Die Rolle verbindet journalistische Qualitt mit moderner Content-Produktion: Du entwickelst klare Storylines, arbeitest eng mit Expert*innen, Marketing und Vertrieb zusammen und nutzt KI gezielt, um Recherche, Strukturierung, Variantenbildung und Qualittssicherung zu skalieren ohne fachliche Przision, Tonalitt oder regulatorische Sorgfalt zu verlieren.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du transformierst komplexe CIO-, Investment- und Wealth-Management-Inhalte in kundenrelevante Artikel, E-Mails, Newsletter-Module, Website-Texte, RM-Materialien und weitere digitale Formate

• Du entwickelst starke Storylines, klare Dramaturgien und redaktionelle Strukturen fr Long-form Content, Webinare und Videoformate und machst fachliche Substanz verstndlich, informativ und zugnglich

• Du schreibst, redigierst und qualittssicherst Inhalte entlang definierter Zielgruppen, Kanle und Kommunikationsanlsse einschlielich Mailings, Landing Pages, Website-Texten und Thought-Leadership-Formaten

• Du arbeitest eng mit CIO, Marketing, Vertrieb, Legal/Compliance und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen, um fachliche Richtigkeit, Kundennutzen, Kanal-Fit und Umsetzbarkeit sicherzustellen

• Du nutzt KI-Tools professionell zur Recherche, Strukturierung, Variantenentwicklung, redaktionellen Skalierung und Qualittssicherung und hilfst, aus einem Kerninhalt mehrere hochwertige Aktivierungsformate abzuleiten

Deine Fhigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Journalismus, Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar und bringst relevante Erfahrung als Journalist*in, Autor*in, Editorial Writer oder Content-Spezialist*in mit

• Du verfgst ber exzellente Schreib-, Strukturierungs- und Storytelling-Fhigkeiten und kannst komplexe Finanz- und Investmentthemen verstndlich, przise und zugleich lesenswert aufbereiten

• Du hast ein gutes Verstndnis fr Kapitalmrkte, Wealth Management, Investmentthemen und die Anforderungen anspruchsvoller Zielgruppen im Finanzumfeld

• Du bist sehr sicher im Einsatz moderner KI-Tools fr redaktionelle Arbeit und kannst damit Qualitt, Geschwindigkeit und Output deutlich erhhen

• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch; Erfahrung mit SEO, Content Performance, redaktionellen Workflows oder digitalen Content-Plattformen ist ein Plus

As Editorial Content Manager, you translate complex investment and wealth-management topics into understandable, relevant and high-quality content for clients and prospects. You turn CIO research, market views and specialist input into strong articles, email formats, newsletter contributions, website copy as well as structures and scripts for webinars and video formats.

The role combines journalistic quality with modern content production: you develop clear storylines, work closely with experts, Marketing and Sales, and use AI in a targeted way to scale research, structuring, variant development and quality assurance without losing technical precision, tonality or regulatory care.

Your responsibilities

• You transform complex CIO, investment and wealth-management content into client-relevant articles, emails, newsletter modules, website copy, RM materials and other digital formats

• You develop strong storylines, clear narratives and editorial structures for long-form content, webinars and video formats, making specialist substance understandable, informative and accessible

• You write, edit and quality-assure content for defined target groups, channels and communication occasions including mailings, landing pages, website copy and thought-leadership formats

• You work closely with CIO, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, client value, channel fit and feasibility

• You use AI tools professionally for research, structuring, variant development, editorial scaling and quality assurance, and help derive several high-quality activation formats from one core piece of content

Your skills and experience

• You have completed a degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business or a comparable field and bring relevant experience as a journalist, writer, editorial writer or content specialist

• You have excellent writing, structuring and storytelling skills and can present complex financial and investment topics in a way that is understandable, precise and engaging to read

• You have a good understanding of capital markets, wealth management, investment topics and the requirements of sophisticated target groups in the financial environment

• You are highly confident in using modern AI tools for editorial work and can significantly increase quality, speed and output with them

• You communicate confidently in German and English; experience with SEO, content performance, editorial workflows or digital content platforms is a plus
