Overview
Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to provide quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions within the insurance sector, including reporting on key financial metrics and developing deal execution materials. Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience executing sidecars and capital raises involving private placements for both debt and equity; working on M&A cross-border deals and executing corporate financing deals in leveraged finance and debt capital markets; conducting valuation analyses using M&A merger models, discounted cash flow valuations, and leveraged buyout valuations for client pitches; drafting documents for live transactions, including S-1 and S-3 filings, Engagement letters, Process-letters, Bid-letters, Non-binding and Binding offers, Term Sheets and Share Purchase Agreements; and utilizing FactSet, S&P Capital IQ Pro, Eikon, Insurance Insider, Dowling & Partners Research, and Envestnet to gather company and market statistics as well as industry data needed to complete analysis for live deals and client pitches. Salary range: $225,000.00 - $235,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
