This 12-month apprenticeship, under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, provides valuable on-the-job training; Please note, there is no obligation for permanent employment with Deutsche Bank Group upon completion of the Apprenticeship Training tenure.

Role Description

• The CB STRIVE AI Integration pillar enables Corporate Bank teams to adopt responsible and practical AI solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency. The team collaborates with business, operations, product, and crossfunctional partners to accelerate AI adoption and embed AI-enabled ways of working across the Corporate Bank.

• As an Apprentice, you will support AI enablement initiatives through use case discovery and development, content creation, training support, adoption activities, and AI communications. You will help teams maximize value from tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and other enterprise AI platforms while contributing to the broader AI transformation agenda within the Corporate Bank.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in developing AI usecases by gathering ideas, performing initial analysis, documenting requirements, and preparing simple usecase summaries.

• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, reusable templates, best practices, and guidance materials for enterprise AI tools.

• Support preparation of AI training material, including PowerPoint decks, instructional content, reference notes, and quickstart guides.

• Capture user feedback, track adoption metrics, and contribute to reporting and insight generation.

• Design communication collateral such as newsletters, infographics, awareness campaigns, and digital content to promote AI learning and engagement.

• Maintain use case trackers, knowledge repositories, SharePoint sites, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across AI Integration, Automation, Engagement & Training, and other Corporate Bank teams to support execution of AI initiatives.

• Contribute to workflow improvement and automation opportunities using AI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Your skills and experience

Required

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and content development.

• Keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging digital technologies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, and prompting techniques.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or related productivity technologies.

• Exposure to learning content creation, visual storytelling, communications, or training delivery.

• Basic data analysis and reporting skills, including interpretation of adoption metrics and user feedback.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E./ B.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent technology-focused degree
