Position Summary
Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients success. Work you'll do
As a Project - Delivery Management Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting software development activities, including maintenance, enhancements, and modernization of mission-critical systems
- Leading product backlog refinement sessions and writing epics, features, and user stories
- Supporting product roadmaps and team-level reporting
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Working with the Product Lead to validate timelines, escalate risks, flag dependencies, and lead release management through client-specific processes and stage gates

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Active Secret security clearance
- 2+ years of experience in Agile software development delivery and project management
- Experience in data integration environments, including database concepts, application programming interface (API) integrations, message queues, and data streaming
- Ability to work on site 2-3 days per week in Rosslyn, Virginia
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with product backlog management and user requirements gathering
- Experience with Jira
