Our HCM Cloud Service Area provides Workday HCM solutions and services to large national and multi-national clients. This Practice is a growth area within Deloitte and owes much of its development to the exceptional global track record that has been established with an enviable client base.

We have many years of experience in dealing with full delivery lifecycles including front and back-office projects, from building reliable ROI models to product selection, customization and integration.
As an Integrations Lead in our Practice, you will:
- Lead and execute the full lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Design, build, and maintain various types of Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
- Have experience in Workday Extend development: Architect, develop, and deploy custom applications, business processes, and integrations using the Workday Extend platform to address unique client business needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients and functional consultants to understand integration requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into robust Workday solutions.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
- Provide guidance on Workday integration best practices, security considerations, and performance optimisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Stay current with Workday product releases, new features, and Workday Extend capabilities, continuously enhancing our service offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of our Workday integration and Extend expertise.
