Position Summary
Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients success. Youll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Work Youll Do
As a Software Engineer IIon the project, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements through client engagement and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
- Facilitate JAD sessions to elicit and clarify requirements from stakeholders
- Translate client needs into actionable specifications for technical and business teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Develop and execute functional test cases to validate solution delivery
- Support defect resolution by working closely with clients and technical teams
- Interpret complex data to inform business decisions and process improvements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing business and/or data analyst role
- 2+ years experience leading and facilitating JAD sessions
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
