Position Summary

Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer III on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered digital identity experiences that support secure, accessible, and efficient access management capabilities.
- Design and develop user-facing components, including dashboards, application tile layouts, multifactor authentication enrollment and management screens, and system use agreement workflows
- Collaborate with identity engineers, security architects, and service providers to translate identity and access management requirements into clear user experiences across single sign-on, delegated administration, and risk-based authentication workflows
- Develop and maintain front-end functionality for portals, dashboards, and reporting interfaces, while supporting accessibility, browser compatibility, and onboarding experiences for new agency integrations

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience developing front-end applications using HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and React or Angular
- 1+ years of experience designing user experiences for identity and access management workflows, including single sign-on, multifactor authentication, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, or OpenID Connect
- 1+ years of experience using UI design or prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- 1+ years of experience applying Section 508 or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA accessibility standards in digital product design
- 1+ years of experience supporting government or enterprise environments with security or compliance requirements
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web-based applications
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating findings into design updates
- Experience designing dashboards, reporting interfaces, or administrative portals
- Experience applying National Institute of Standards and Technology identity standards in digital product design
- Experience supporting digital identity, access management, or onboarding solutions for government organizations
