Position Summary

Deloitte is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support our client in delivering technology solutions that enhance the effectiveness of analysts and operational staff. In this role, you will maintain and enhance existing applications and dashboards built on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, while developing new tools that streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and support mission objectives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across Power Platform administration, SharePoint development, workflow automation, dashboard reporting, and data security.

Work you'll do

As a Power Platform Developer on the Government & Public Services technology delivery team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining, configuring, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that support mission and operational needs
  • Designing and developing workflows, dashboards, and applications using Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform capabilities
  • Building and supporting SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and related functionality to improve usability and information access
  • Connecting applications and dashboards to SQL Server and other data sources to improve reporting, visibility, and process efficiency
  • Documenting system configurations, workflow logic, and process changes while supporting data security and governance requirements

The team

Our Government & Public Services teams help clients modernize technology environments, improve mission execution, and strengthen operational performance. This role supports technology delivery efforts focused on collaboration tools, workflow automation, reporting, and secure information management. The team works closely with stakeholders to develop practical solutions that improve how work gets done across complex public sector environments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Platform environments and governance activities
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and developing SharePoint solutions
  • 2+ years of experience building workflows in Microsoft Power Automate and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL Server and data integration for reporting or application support
  • Experience producing process documentation, system documentation, and configuration documentation
  • Active TS and SCI eligble
  • Ability to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting federal government technology environments
  • Experience developing tools for analysts, operations teams, or mission support users
  • Experience implementing data security controls and permission management in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint environments
  • Experience supporting application enhancements in a cybersecurity environment
  • Experience integrating SharePoint, Power Platform, and SQL Server data sources

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
