• Work with Offering Integration Hub Lead to define roadmap, detailed plans, milestones, and workstreams
• Escalate risks/issues to Offering Integration Hub Lead and maintain stakeholder buy-in
• Manage global team across multiple time zones
• Own progress reports (submission %, reviews, signoffs, etc.)
• Implement governance policy; ensure process adherence across workstreams
• Run recurring program meetings (scrums, status)
• For current method map project:
• Define method-map standards; create guidance docs and examples
• Define review criteria, fatal-flaw checklist, and testing procedures
• Advice offering teams on map structure and content; enforce standards
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria
• Oversee review workflow and fatal-flaw reviews
• Maintain interim method publishing solution (if needed)

• Proven experience contributing to technology-enabled transformation projects, ideally with a focus on enablement
• Exceptional core consulting toolkit: insightful analysis, compelling presentations, advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills, and strong documentation & knowledge management practices.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse audiences, including virtual teams, leadership and global stakeholders.
• Proactive and strategic in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, fostering collaboration, and advocating for enablement priorities
• Highly adaptable, eager to learn emerging technologies (especially GenAI), and passionate about shaping innovative enablement strategies.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative team player with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic global environment, juggling multiple priorities with flexibility and delivering results across time zones.
• Project delivery and methodology experience
• Familiarity with Ascend
• Familiarity with PMOne/Smartsheet

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
