Deloitte's Workday Adaptive Planning Practice sits within the Enterprise Applications service line which forms part of Technology & Transformation. Here we focus on providing application expertise to support specific areas of a project.
We are seeking experienced Adaptive Planning Functional Leads to drive end-to-end client engagements, leading design workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality Adaptive Planning solutions across Finance and Workforce planning domains.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering Workday Adaptive Planning implementations (must-have)
- Strong ability to lead client workshops independently, including requirement gathering and solution design
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional configurations within Adaptive Planning
- Solid understanding of Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience working with Finance and HR stakeholders across planning processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- Ability to present solutions clearly and professionally to both business and technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- High level of professionalism and client-facing consulting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to Adaptive Planning integrations, including how Adaptive connects with ERP, HR, and other enterprise systems
- Experience in Workforce Planning solutions and use cases
- Understanding of end-to-end planning processes across finance and operational domains
- Experience supporting or delivering multi-system transformation programmes
