This HR Business Partner Project Manager role is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist or ER specialist to work with the Tax & Legal (T&L) business in a project capacity.
The role will partner with a specific group to manage T&L wide project delivery, as well as support continuous improvement in the transformation space.

- Work across the T&L business to drive cultural change, promoting a high performance culture through embedding performance management processes.
- Coordinate with SME HR teams, Senior Leaders and People Leaders to embed the performance management approach, and ensure timely and consistent implementation.
- Work alongside the HRBPs/HRD to provide day to day HR support to the project, owning delivery across the relevant client group.
- Use extensive skills, knowledge, effective judgement and business acumen to make an impact in key areas such as project governance, operational delivery, change management, employee relations, process improvement and MI/analytics to ensure fairness and consistency runs throughout the processes and implementation.
- Working closely with HR teams provide timely and meaningful MI/data and tracking of project progress to senior leaders and HRBPs.
- Solve problems objectively using business analysis to identify issues, patterns and relationships and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and team on HR matters aligned to the project plan and the wider firm values, purpose and goals.
- Support with transformation continuous/process improvement.

- Experience operating at Senior Manager/Senior HRBP level with a deep working HR knowledge.
- Experience leading change in a large portfolio with complex stakeholder management.
- Able to operate in a complex environment with a fast paced culture of excellence.
- Proven ability to navigate and deliver transformational change in a matrix environment.
- Strong ER skills, change management and project governance.
- Proven experience of high quality delivery, project management and governance.
- Understanding ER, risk management and employment law.
- Ability to use data and present to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with ability to tailor messages and style appropriately to various stakeholder groups.
- Ability to win confidence quickly using simple business language and appropriate challenge will be critical.
- Experience working in a highly commercial, fast paced and complex environment.
- Experience in the provision of pro-active customer centric advice, balancing consistency of approach and decision making with pragmatic commercially focused solutions.
- and able to demonstrate putting the customer at the heart of the experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment and relish working in a change environment while delivering to the business.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) beneficial though not required

As the Head of HR for T&T youll be responsible for partnering with the T&T Clients and Markets or Offerings leadership team as well as defined OP Client group(s). Well rely on you to be a thought-leader in all aspects of your role, bringing sound judgement and fresh ideas to the table across a variety of HR projects across T&T and HR. You will lead on various strategic people initiatives, working in collaboration with senior Partners to develop, deliver and embed business strategy and organisational change.
- Build strong networks, and partner closely with the T&T Clients and Markets or Offerings leadership team as well as defined OP Client group(s). Developing credible relationships as their strategic partner, delivering all cyclical people activities for defined OP client groups and working with multiple leadership teams to successfully implement the T&T people agenda.
- Lead strategic programmes across T&T delivering complex programmes as scale, delivering cost savings and / or strategic investments across the business. Influencing and engaging senior across stakeholders across both HR and T&T Leadership to achieve successful delivery of all projects.
- Role model inclusive and challenge non-inclusive behaviours and inspire innovative ways of working across the T&T HRBP team and the broader HRBP teams, through sharing of best practice thought leadership.
- Lead and support the T&T HR Director in developing a high-performing HR team and role model cross-functional working across HR to deliver the people strategy in support of business goals.
- Lead T4 and T2 HR Business Partners within the T&T HR team, supporting their development and growth, managing performance and acting as an escalation point and providing guidance on complex and high risk people matters.
- Highly visible advocate of the T&T people strategy, culture, vision and values.
- HR Brand - Positively contribute to building the brand and visibility of HR across the firm.
- Deputise for the HR Director T&T at the UK HR Leadership Team and other firmwide HR governance forums
Legal regulation and management risk Provide counsel to leadership teams on complex and high-risk matters, drawing on expertise as required. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and to manage and mitigate business and people risk (reputational, legal and financial). Hold leaders accountable to maintain the highest people standards, in line with our ethical code of conduct and ensures appropriate escalation and adherence to governance requirements.

- Delivery focused and able to demonstrate a highly client centric service.
- Experience of working in a highly commercial environment ideally, but not essentially, within Professional Services.
- Understand operating in a COE model and how to leverage those relationships to deliver large scale projects.
- Able to interpret data and use this to spot trends and make considered decisions quickly.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment and relish working in a change environment.
- Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging and managing senior stakeholders.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with evidence of further education would be beneficial but not essential.
