You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will deliver FP&A transformation projects that are tailor made, business led, and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will contribute to business development, new opportunities and sales, relationships with our Investment Wealth Management & Real Estate clients.

You will be responsible for playing an integral role within our Investment Wealth Management & Real Estate team:

• Advising, scoping and delivering large complex FP&A transformation programs from start to finish
• Overseeing integration of EPM tools with investment and property management platforms.
• Managing business development opportunities including responding to RFPs, contributing to proposals, and delivering proposal presentations
• Driving your own development and developing talent of the team through mentoring, coaching and knowledge & experience sharing 
• Managing and nurturing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
• Contributing to the development of the proposition, aligning it to Deloittes Thought Leadership in Finance, and leading the team in creating the necessary supporting material
• Supporting business development and thought leadership in both IWM and Real Estate.

You will demonstrate:

Essential:

• Extensive experience working in the Investment Wealth Management and Real Estate industry
• Proven track record in delivering FP&A/EPM projects for clients in either or both sectors with fees greater than 1.0m
• Extensive knowledge of FP&A processes
• Experience across EPM solutions, such as OneStream, SAP Group Reporting, Tagetik, Oracle EPM etc
• Experience in managing small to medium sized EPM delivery teams
• Strong understanding of industry trends (digital transformation, ESG, client experience, property technology)

Desirable:

• Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Past hands-on experience on configuration and technical implementation of EPM tools 
• Experience of delivering solution using offshore and/or near-shore teams 
• Certification in an EPM technology
