As a technical delivery support, you will have broad remit of responsibilities, working with customers to deliver innovative solutions. Deloitte TPD practitioners have a highly collaborative and client-facing role, covering the delivery lifecycle and working closely with client delivery teams to ensure services provided meet the needs of the clients. You will apply your delivery and technical skills to produce quality solutions for clients wishing to harness the power of integration solutions to solve complex business problems.
As an Integration Engineer and/or Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Lead projects / workstreams on transformation and migration programmes from inception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organisational strategic objectives and business value realisation.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required scope and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimise impact on project delivery.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and clients, through regular reports and meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables, and facilitating effective decision-making.
- Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet defined standards and business requirements, and managing the change control process.

The following are the core skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
- Ability to plan and oversee key phases within a delivery programme: discovery, assessment, planning, execution, testing, and cutover
- Proven track record in successfully planning, executing, monitoring, and closing complex, large-scale transformation and migration programmes/projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira & Confluence, Azure DevOps) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in migration methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., "lift and shift," re-platforming, re-factoring).
- Experience in organisational change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and adoption planning.
- Practical experience in managing various types of migrations (e.g., data, application, infrastructure, cloud migrations, platform consolidations).
- Ability to identify, assess, prioritise, and mitigate risks and issues inherent in complex transformation and migration programmes.
The following will be desirable skills:
- A current technology certification or project/programme management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP), Agile (e.g., SAFe, CSM), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Change experience with any investment management & wealth platforms provider (e.g. FNZ, Diligenta, Seccl, GBST)
- Consultancy experience
- Experience in Agile delivery and Agile techniques
