As a Director in our ServiceNow Financial Services Industry team, you will lead complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes from strategy through implementation, adoption and value realisation. You will translate client ambitions into executable roadmaps, strengthen operations, resilience and controls, and provide bold, evidence-based advice to senior executives on how to make enterprise transformation successful. Accountable for client, programme and commercial performance, you will manage delivery risk, optimise profitability through the right use of delivery levers, and work across Deloitte, ServiceNow and wider alliance teams to grow a sustainable portfolio of Financial Services opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape transformation strategies, business cases, roadmaps, operating models and platform governance for Financial Services clients.
• Lead governance, scope, financials, resources, quality, risk, benefits and QRM compliance across complex engagements.
• Act as a trusted adviser to C-suite and senior business, technology, risk and control stakeholders, translating complex platform and transformation topics into clear executive choices, bringing persuasive, practical and evidence-based recommendations and decisive action.
• Direct multidisciplinary, multi-location teams and resolve complex delivery dependencies across Deloitte, client, ServiceNow and third-party teams.
• Ensure solutions meet Financial Services regulatory, operational resilience, security, architecture and control expectations.
• Originate, shape and lead a portfolio of ServiceNow opportunities, working with account teams, Deloitte service lines and alliance teams to build sustainable pipeline and convert market demand.
• Develop market propositions, thought leadership and go-to-market activity that strengthen Deloittes ServiceNow profile in Financial Services.
• Shape AI-enabled ServiceNow propositions and delivery approaches that improve client outcomes, accelerate transformation and enhance delivery quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Scan Financial Services and ServiceNow market trends to identify emerging client needs, shape differentiated propositions and position Deloitte ahead of market demand.
• Drive collaboration across Deloitte service lines, account teams and alliance teams to bring the full breadth of Deloitte capabilities to Financial Services clients.
• Peer effectively with Partners and Directors across Deloitte to shape priorities, make informed investment choices and align the Firm behind the highest-value Financial Services opportunities.
• Set the tone for inclusive, build high-performing teams by role-modelling Deloitte values, building through coaching, talent identification, capability, identifying and developing talent, contributing to development, recruitment, and creating a culture where wellbeing, respect and collaboration are prioritised contribution and inclusive leadership.
