Position Summary
Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients success. Youll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. We are seeking a Delivery Management Engineer II to support delivery for a clients External Provider Schedule (EPS), a platform designed to streamline community care appointment scheduling. In this role, you will help drive Agile execution across teams, support planning and delivery activities, and promote alignment across stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and improving delivery flow in complex environments.
Work you'll do
As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the AI&E EaaS team, you will be responsible for
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
- Support Program Increment planning and coordinate execution activities across Agile teams and stakeholders
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones to help maintain program alignment and execution
- Use Jira to manage work items, monitor team progress, and support reporting for delivery health and performance
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to help remove impediments and improve delivery outcomes

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or similar Agile delivery lead role
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple teams in a scaled delivery environment
- Experience supporting Program Increment planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination
- Experience using Jira to manage backlogs, sprint activities, and delivery reporting
- Experience tracking and escalating risks, issues, and blockers across stakeholders
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience using analytics to monitor delivery metrics and program performance
- Experience with Palantir
