Analyst, Cyber Strategy & Transformation
Our Deloitte Cyber team understands the unique challenges and opportunities businesses face in cybersecurity. Work youll do
As an Analyst, Strategy & Transformation on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will support client engagements that use ServiceNow to help organizations manage cyber, risk, technology, and artificial intelligence governance programs.
- Develop and assess cyber programs to align with strategic objectives and risk appetite.
- Implement processes and technologies to manage regulatory, privacy, and data risks.
- Enhance application, cloud, and IoT security; manage vulnerabilities.
- Support cyber monitoring, analytics, crisis management, and incident response.
- Advise clients on regulatory, operational, and strategic risk management.
- Assist with attack surface management and ERP platform risk reduction.
- Contribute to technical documentation and analysis for emerging technologies.
The team
Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a clients strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It helps organizations stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in their cyber posture. The offering includes cyber organization design, governance, risk assessments, and technology-enabled transformation.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience supporting business requirements gathering, process mapping, process documentation, user stories, or functional documentation
- 1+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, risk, or technology programs
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar workflow platform
- Experience supporting information technology operations, governance, or risk management processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow concepts or foundational knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
- IT Operations Management
- IT Asset Management
- Integrated Risk Management
- Security Operations
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
