You will have the opportunity to work with senior client executives and a wide range of functional teams across a broad range of industries, helping them build resilience to a diverse set of strategic, operational and technology risks. Examples of the some of the engagements you may undertake include:

  • The design and implementation of a large-scale resilience transformation programmes to meet regulatory, government and societal expectations across a number of different sectors
  • Operational readiness programmes for major events and change initiatives (e.g. sporting events, technology go live and strategic product launches)
  • Resilience testing, including scenario stress testing
  • Crisis and incident framework design
  • Deploying on a live responses to support a client in managing an issue or crisis
  • Post-event reviews following a high-profile incident or crisis

Connect to your skills and professional experience

We are looking for applicants with the following professional skills and competencies:

  • Sound understanding of resilience as a subject matter, including the direction of travel of government and regulatory thinking in this area and its practical implications
  • Exposure to industry specific requirements, including financial services and public sector
  • Understanding of how complex organisations operate and their dependencies, including technology and third-parties
  • Strong project management skills Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working with external clients and able to build relationships internally
  • Ability to work quickly, intelligently and accurately
  • Some flexibility to travel to client locations and to work additional office hours dependent on project demands
