Are you an experienced leader with a passion for optimising back-office operations and driving exceptional customer experiences?

Danske Bank is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee our Customer Care Delivery team of 18 members supporting the Danish market.

You will have a great opportunity to empower your team to deliver professional and efficient support, develop and coach team members through feedback, prioritisation and personal development support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organisation.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You Will:

  Lead and motivate the back-office team to successfully manage and deliver marketplace-related tasks, audit letters, ordering portal product related tasks, and customer experience initiatives.

  Supervise the preparation and delivery of audit letters during audit letter peak period, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

  Oversee the management and optimisation of the ordering portal to ensure seamless processes for internal and external stakeholders.

 Oversee and manage various tools usage to optimize and improve efficiency of procedures.

 Drive improvements in customer experience by empowering your team to deliver timely and professional support .

  Monitor teams performance, provide coaching and support your teams personal development by providing feedback and allocating time and resources, and ensure        alignment with Danske Banks standards and values.

Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices.

 

About You :

Leadership experience, preferably in back-office operations within the financial services sector 

Comprehensive knowledge of marketplace and their operational requirements 

  Strong understanding of audit processes, including the preparation and handling of audit letters 

  Previous experience managing ordering portals or similar products would be beneficial 

  Ability to adapt and adjust daily planning, strategic initiative, regular meeting plans and goals

  An understanding of back-office operations is not required but a good to have 

 Excellent time management and the ability to navigate diverse meetings and audiences, from technical discussions to people focused sessions 

  Proven interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members and peers

  Detail-oriented and organised, with a strategic approach to managing multiple priorities effectively

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
