What you will be doing:

You will be at the centre of international trade, supporting companies as they navigate complex global transactions. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will communicate with customers daily while collaborating with teams across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Your work ensures smooth trade operations for businesses ranging from small companies to large corporates.

• Handle original trade documents and international payments for Documentary Collections.
• Communicate directly with customers through various channels daily.
• Collaborate with Nordic teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Monitor and process trade finance transactions from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain quality standards.

 

About you:

• Experience in administration, banking operations, or customer services.
• Customer first mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and high focus on quality.
• Willingness to take responsibility and show curiosity.
• Motivated approach to finding new solutions.
• Upper-intermediate English language skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
• Previous Trade Finance experience would be considered an advantage, though we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in this specialist area.

 

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
