  • Ensure database platforms comply with security, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Explore and apply AI-powered capabilities to improve database operations, automation, and observability 

About You

We believe you are a strong match for this role if you have a solid background in database engineering and a passion for building reliable, modern, and automated database platforms.

  • 5+ years of experience in Database Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.

  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, IBM Db2, or similar database technologies (one from the list).

  • Experience designing and supporting highly available and resilient database environments.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and database platforms.

  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and APIs.

  • Knowledge of database monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity management.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of technical challenges.

Interest or experience in applying AI technologies to database operations and engineering practices is an advantage.
