Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Do you want to help us maintain our position as #1 in customer experience across the region? You now have an opportunity to join a team that directly supports International Financial Institutions and International Asset Management customers within the Danske Bank Group.
As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering professional customer service across a wide range of areas, including credit, markets trading, KYC, trade finance, daily banking inquiries, cash management, liquidity management, and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience with credit-related tasks, a good understanding of financial instruments, and some expertise in cash management or related fields. Experience working with LC&I customers would be beneficial. You will be working with designated portfolios and collaborating in teams with Senior Bankers, Relationship Managers, Credit Specialists and others. The role focuses on supporting the overall value proposition, managing ad hoc requests, keeping customer information up to date, and working closely with multiple internal stakeholders throughout the process. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and across various geographical locations.
This role offers an opportunity to gain insights into the value chain, including Danske Banks offerings to our largest institutional and corporate customers. It also allows you to develop key skills, including coordination, problem-solving, and customer orientation. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders at Danske Bank.
This position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility, with our department currently following a hybrid working model where we work at least three days per week from the office.
You will:
Take end-to-end ownership of tasks, demonstrating a strong service mindset to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Manage various types of risks, including credit risk, conduct risk and controls
Prepare and renew limits and facilities
Support the resolution of diverse transactional banking cases
Communicate clearly and effectively with international financial customers and multiple internal stakeholders
Navigate complex organisational structures to efficiently and promptly resolve customer queries, even in the absence of strict operational procedures
Adopt a business-oriented approach
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise customer solutions
Perform additional duties as assigned
About you:
Experience in the financial sector, with 2+ years in a credit-related, market products-driven role or related fields such as financial analysis, treasury functions or audit
Motivated and customer-focused mindset
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both external and internal parties
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences
Effective collaboration and coordination skills in a complex, international environment
A proactive mindset along with the ability to efficiently manage ones responsibilities
Creativity and professionalism in handling unexpected situations
Advanced English skills
