Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Join our Third Party Risk Management team as we build and refine Danske Bank's approach to managing supplier relationships. You will work with specialists across Denmark and Lithuania, contributing to critical risk frameworks that protect the bank. This opportunity offers the chance to shape processes and make meaningful contributions to our risk management strategy.

What you will be doing
You will become part of the TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance unit, collaborating with global colleagues to develop and maintain third party risk frameworks. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance across our supplier portfolio.

  • Conduct quality assurance activities and control testing on third party risk processes
  • Document and develop the third party risk rating model
  • Maintain the quality management framework for supplier risk oversight
  • Analyse data and capture findings to support decision-making
  • Track internal and external requirements for third party management
  • Create reports and business information as required
  • Represent the team across the organisation
     

About you

  • At least 3-5 experience with quality assurance or audit activities (e.g. ISO9001, ISO27001), preferably as a Lead Auditor
  • Strong information management skills for organising complex documentation
  • Respectful and persuasive communication abilities
  • Stakeholder management experience across business units
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Responsibility, diplomacy, and natural curiosity
  • Critical thinking and independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Lead Auditor certification or similar quality management credentials would be valuable additions to your profile

Monthly salary range will be from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
