Role Overview
The role combines routine operational tasks with opportunities to expand knowledge across different markets and client segments.
We are looking for an experienced operations professional. Prior experience in the Withholding Tax area is considered an advantage.
Please note that this position is part time (20hrs./week), working schedule to be determined with the hiring manager.
The workplace is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.
You will:
- Perform a range of administrative and operational tasks
- Manage and follow up on the filing of Tax Reclaims procedures
- Manage and follow up on the administration on Relief at Source Service
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation
- Execute controls to ensure correct processing, identify and escalate errors, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain and update information in internal systems
- Provide clients with reports on open reclaims upon request
- Communicate with clients (retail, corporate, and institutional) and advisors to collect required documentation and information
- Engage with Nordic and EU tax authorities to resolve documentation and reclaim-related matters
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in banking operations, preferably in the withholding tax area
- Have experience in managing more complex processes and changes
- Proactive nature and willingness to seek answers to arising questions
- Eagerness to learn new concepts in a complex environment
- Team-oriented individual with the ability to communicate efficiently with diverse team members and stakeholders
- Capable of handling routine tasks effectively
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range for a full time position is from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job). Please note that this position is part time.
