Then join the GenAI Platform team within GenAI Innovation & Foundations, where we build shared products, services, and capabilities that enable AI solutions across Danske Bank.

The GenAI Innovation & Foundations area consists of more than 100 colleagues across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. Within the GenAI Platform team, four Product Owners lead four squads of approximately 35 specialists, working together to build the GenAI Foundations that support the full AI system lifecycle.

This role focuses on the capabilities that enable teams to create great AI experiences, such as UI component library and Human-in-the-loop patterns. Together with engineers, architects, designers, and stakeholders, your squad will build reusable tools, frameworks, patterns, and best practices that enable teams across the bank to create secure, compliant, scalable, and high-quality AI experiences.

Your mission is not to build individual AI solutions, but to make it easier, faster, and safer for teams across Danske Bank to build great AI experiences.

We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about creating great digital experiences.

You think in user journeys rather than features, challenge complexity, and focus on solving real user problems. You enjoy working closely with both designers and engineers and can balance user needs, business value, and technical constraints.

You are curious about how humans and AI collaborate and passionate about turning powerful AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the AI Experience product roadmap and vision
• Lead a squad building reusable AI experience capabilities that help teams build great and trusted user interactions with AI
• Define standards for conversational UX, agent interactions, and human-AI collaboration
• Partner with engineers, architects, and designers to enable secure and scalable AI experiences
• Drive innovation & adoption of AI experience best practices across Danske Bank

About You

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role
• Team leadership skills to set clear direction and promote an environment characterised by trust, collaboration and learning
• Background delivering digital products with substantial user interaction and user experience components
• Curiosity and passion for Generative AI, AI agents, conversational experiences, and emerging user interaction models
• Ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills

What We Offer You

Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
