Financial Management System Squads at Finance Tribe currently is transforming our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform from Dynamic AX 2009 to a modern, cloud-based set-up with MS Dynamics 365FO. To help us on this journey we are looking for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Engineer to prepare functional design documents, set-up and configure the system based on gathered business requirements and maintain new platform daily. Many functionalities are already released and are in maintenance phase.

You will join a team of developers, configurator, BI Engineers, DevOps, IT Systems Analysts and Business Analysts - all working in a cross-functional and self-managed agile squad.

You will:

Technical Development 

• Design, develop, and customize D365FO solutions using X++, extensions, and best practice patterns.
• Develop and enhance user interfaces (UI/UX) aligned with functional and business requirements.
• Build and maintain Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF) components, and integrations.
• Perform code analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Configuration & Environment Management 

• Configure and manage D365FO security roles, duties, and privileges.
• Support LCS (Lifecycle Services) activities such environment monitoring, issue tracking, and general configuration.
• Manage D365FO environments, deployments, and servicing activities.

DevOps, Deployment & Data Operations 

• Work with Azure DevOps for code management, branching, build pipelines, and release pipelines.
• Execute code deployment activities across environments.
• Work with D365 FO, AWS, Dynamics AX, JIRA, ServiceNow.

About you:

• 5-10 years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO.
• Strong hands-on experience in D365FO technical development using X++, extensions, event handlers, and customizations compliant with Microsoft best practices.
• Solid experience working with DMF, data entities, integrations, and data packages.
• Good experience in security framework configuration within D365FO.
• Proficiency in LCS management, environmental operations, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps for version control and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of key functional modules including GL, AP, AR, and related workflows or business processes.
