Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
We are looking for a new team member with solid expertise in networking, network security and public cloud, combined with the ability and motivation to script, automate and contribute to the autonomous evolution of network services.
Network Connectivity Services provides modern, secure, fast and reliable services for end users, developers and customers. Our services support around 20,000 employees as well as millions of Danske Bank customers worldwide.
We have built and continue to develop next-generation technologies that enable us to run our software-defined private cloud environment alongside a fully functional public cloud environment in AWS, with an ambition to expand similar capabilities towards Azure.

Our growing service portfolio provides self-service ordering and delivery capabilities for internal users, enabling infrastructure components to be delivered within minutes while maintaining high standards of security and reliability.

What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement secure cloud and data centre infrastructure, including relevant policies, procedures and standards
- Perform complex hands-on technical tasks while keeping your technical skills current
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentor team members and represent the platform to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation, guiding technical discussions and supporting decision-making
- Drive product and service selection for connectivity services and contribute to product choices in related areas
- Explore, prototype and recommend emerging technologies, including AI and generative AI use cases for connectivity services
- Promote an automation-first mindset and contribute to scripting, infrastructure as code and service automation
- Ensure standards-based programmability and interoperability across connectivity platforms and infrastructure components
About You
- 4+ years of experience designing and implementing on-premises and public cloud infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Solid understanding of network security, load balancing, application delivery, routing and switching in public cloud and modern data centre environments
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Programming skills sufficient to automate repetitive tasks and perform data analysis or transformation
- Good understanding of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of cloud and data centre security best practices, including relevant compliance frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and PCI
- Proactive team player who takes ownership of complex challenges, suggests improvements and helps drive change through to completion
- Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 6240 EUR to 9360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
