Who are we?
You will be joining our P&BC Office, where we currently have 6 highly skilled professionals in Denmark and Lithuania providing direct support, communication, and coordination enabling executive leadership in the Technology & Services COO area covering the value chains of T&S P&BC. Our team is part of Business Management & Transformation (BM&T).

The core responsibilities of the P&BC Office include:

  • Driving leadership agenda with executive presentations, meeting agendas, leadership offsites and interventions, events, and ongoing communication activities driving transformation
  • Support leadership through planning, administration, recruitments, and general tasks related to the leadership wheel
  • Coordinate and ensure due diligent and high quality presentations, material, and feedback across value chains and to executive stakeholders across Group

This is your opportunity to work with an exciting, evolving, executive agenda within an organisation that both runs as a standard line organizational setup (Services) and as an agile development organisation (IT).

The position is based in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Be involved in leadership support for the P&BC COO to motivate our strategic direction, in collaboration with colleagues outside and inside BM&T 

  • Handle requests, ensure meeting prep, and navigate the constantly changing priorities

  • Navigate running the organisation and planning ahead as well as collaborate with input-givers. You are a strong collaborator and will have close partners across BM&T, within the leadership team of the COO area, and in the three offices of the Executive Leadership areas: Group COO, Personal Customers, and Business Customers

  • Ensure meeting bookings, travels, catering and other practicalities for executive events, and meetings. This could be through initiatives, such as leader gatherings, steercos, country visits, and other gatherings online and face to face

About you

We are looking for an experienced management coordinator, with a particular interest in dedicated support of the agenda of the P&BC COO together with her Personal Assistant and Head of P&BC Office as well as leaders and colleagues on all levels of the organisation. You navigate change professionally, and your positive approach invites others to collaborate with you.

We imagine that you:

  • Are purpose-oriented and motivated by unleashing potential through the tasks you do and the relations you build 
  • Involve the leaders you work with and make sure deliveries and agreements are followed through
  • Are structured and have great planning abilities
  • Have a relevant degree and background with 5+ years of experience, e.g. from consultancy, a planning unit, or maybe as an Executive Assistant
  • Have great communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

The monthly salary range is from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
