Are you interested in helping people get more out of the digital tools they use every day?

Join our Technology Adoption Services team, where we focus on making sure new tools and technologies are actually used and understood across Danske Bank. We support colleagues in adopting solutions such as Microsoft 365 tools and GenAI capabilities like M365 Copilot.

We work closely with Service Owners and project teams to support adoption of new solutions through communication, training, and engagement activities. Our team is based in Denmark and Lithuania, and we collaborate closely across locations.

You will:

  • Create and run communication activities, such as newsletters, emails, and SharePoint pages, to support adoption of digital tools.
  • Plan and deliver online & in-person webinars and short training sessions for colleagues.
  • Record simple videos or demos showing tips, tricks, and new features in digital tools, such as Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • Support campaigns when new tools or updates are launched.
  • Work closely with senior team members to execute adoption plans and activities.
  • Participate in workshops and sessions with external stakeholders to understand user needs.
  • Help ensure communication is clear, practical, and easy to understand.
  • Collect feedback from users via forms and interviews.
  • Contribute to improving how we engage and support our users across the bank.

About you:

  • Experience working with communication, training, or similar areas, such as internal communications, marketing, adoption, or support.

  • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain things clearly and simply.

  • Comfortable presenting in front of others, for example in webinars or short recordings.

  • Experience working with Microsoft tools, such as Microsoft 365, and a strong interest in new technology.

  • Interest in GenAI tools, such as M365 Copilot, is a plus.

  • Structured and reliable, with a good sense of ownership.

  • A positive and proactive mindset.

  • Fluent in English.

Monthly salary range from 2320  EUR to 3480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
