Do you enjoy creating high-performing content and using data to improve engagement and conversion? We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join Danske Bank Finland Digital Journeys & Performance team and help drive lead generation and customer growth on danskebank.fi.  

 

Creating Growth with Content

This role sits at the core of Danske Bank Finlands Personal Banking customer acquisition efforts and contributes directly to lead generation and conversion across key evaluation and decision-stage journeys. You will create and optimise content across paid and owned channels, with a particular focus on helping customers move from consideration to lead submission. You will work closely with colleagues across content, design, search engine optimisation (SEO), digital marketing and customer experience to deliver effective and integrated customer journeys.

 

Your tasks include:

  • Creating and publishing conversion-focused content across paid advertising and landing pages on danskebank.fi, tailored to high-intent user moments and decision-stage journeys.
  • Creation of platform-native concepts, tracking trends, and translating learnings into reusable assets for other channels.
  • Monitoring content and campaign performance using analytics and experiment results; turn insights into prioritised optimisations and clear recommendations shared with stakeholders.  
  • Partnering with stakeholders: work closely with Digital Journeys & Performance colleagues, Commercial Teams, product/domain experts, and design to align briefs, and deliver integrated experiences.

 

About you:

  • Demonstrated and hands-on performance-oriented content production background and skills: proven ability to create content that is clear, persuasive, and aligned to measurable outcomes in both written and visual formats also with the help of AI.
  • Analytics + experimentation mindset: able to use analytics and test results to make decisions, prioritise optimisations, and show results
  • SEO and paid ads channel understanding: a good understanding of how SEO and paid/owned channels work together to drive performance; able to incorporate SEO/Generative AI Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles into content execution.  
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management: able to work cross-functionally, gather feedback, and move work forward efficiently.  
  • Curiosity for new tools and ways of working: motivated to apply new Martech stack/AI and production tools to assist in contributing to commercial goals.
