About the role 

In Private Banking, we help clients grow, protect and structure their wealth through holistic wealth planning, tailored investment solutions and high-quality banking services. Our ambition is clear: to deliver outstanding value to our clients and continue growing our position in the Finnish market.

As our business continues to grow, we are strengthening our team in Helsinki and looking for a commercially driven Client Acquisition Manager who is motivated by building relationships, creating opportunities and delivering results.

You will be responsible for acquiring new high-net-worth clients and helping expand our Private Banking business in Finland. You will identify opportunities, open doors, build trust and convert relationships into long-term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition and contribute directly to the continued growth of Private Banking.

  • Build and leverage a strong internal and external network to generate business opportunities.

  • Take ownership of new client opportunities from first contact through to successful onboarding.

  • Coordinate and lead collaboration around prospective clients together with Private Bankers and specialists.

  • Understand clients full financial picture and connect them with relevant wealth planning and banking solutions.

  • Work proactively, independently and with a strong commercial mindset to create results.

You will work alongside experienced Private Bankers and a broad network of experts, from legal specialists to financial professionals, enabling you to deliver an exceptional client experience and create meaningful value for clients.

About you

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the forefront of growth! We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a strong track record in client acquisition and a genuine drive to grow business.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management and proven success in acquiring new clients.

  • A solid understanding of investment regulations and compliance requirements.

  • APV 1 and APV 2 certifications.

  • A masters degree from a relevant field.

  • Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English; Swedish is considered as a strong advantage.

In addition, a strong and relevant external network, excellent relationship-building skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and specialist functions are central in this position.
