Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Join Danske Bank's Third Party Risk Management team to help shape how we safely engage with vendors and partners across the Nordics. You will work at the intersection of risk management and business strategy, supporting critical decisions that strengthen our resilience. This role offers exposure to strategic supplier relationships and the chance to collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines.
What you will be doing:
As part of our Third Party Risk Management team, you will coordinate risk assessments across the entire supplier lifecycle, working closely with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Lithuania. You will partner with business stakeholders, contract owners, and subject matter experts to navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.
- Coordinate third-party risk assessments throughout the supplier lifecycle
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage vendor risks
- Evaluate operational, regulatory, information security, and financial crime risks
- Provide risk-based recommendations supporting business decision-making
- Support implementation of regulatory requirements including DORA
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TPRM frameworks and methodologies
About you:
- Higher education in risk, business, finance, law, or technology
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance risk considerations with business objectives
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Can-do attitude with willingness to learn
- Experience in risk management, procurement, vendor management, or understanding of regulatory requirements like DORA or GDPR would be valuable but is not essential
