Full Job Description
In todays world, security is not just an IT problem it can make or break a business. Thats why we have a whole cluster dedicated to it. The mission of the Corporate Platform (COPS) is to protect the values of the bank against internal and external threats, promote the regulatory compliance of products and processes.
We are seeking an independent and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in developing IT solutions for Business Continuity Management, thereby protecting the banks integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Your tasks
Key Duties:
- Interact and collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather and analyze requirements, create user stories, and manage the development backlog.
- Support application testing, user acceptance testing, and collect user feedback.
- Investigate and address incoming business issues.
Your profile
Required Skills:
- Proven working experience in IT Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle and knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Cooperative, team player, yet able to solve problems independently.
- Proficient in English.
Additional Advantages:
- Experience with SQL and/or advanced Excel features.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- UX/UI design skills.
- German language (nice to have).
