• Supporting the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Citrix infrastructure;
• Contributing to the creation, maintenance, and optimization of system images and applications;
• Managing service requests, incidents, and troubleshooting activities through the ITSM ticketing system;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, changes, and operational procedures;
• Being responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of Citrix infrastructures (on-premises and hybrid environments).
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using Citrix Director.

• Previous experience in administering Citrix environments;
• Strong knowledge of Windows-based IT infrastructures;
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management;
• Citrix certifications such as CC-VAD-CC are considered an advantage;
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-management;
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with business stakeholders and end users;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken;
• Fluency in German both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
