Full Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Faxroom.
- Operating office equipment, including printing, scanning and photocopying.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure an efficient document flow.
- Liaising with suppliers and coordinating office orders.
- Preparing meeting and conference rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.
What we are looking for:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively plan and prioritise work.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
