Full Job Description

Due to the dynamic growth of CMSs Real Estate & Construction practice in Warsaw, we are looking for lawyers to join our team at the Lawyer, Associate and Senior Associate levels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation;
  • Advising on real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations;
  • Providing legal advice on investment projects and construction processes;
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to real estate and construction projects;
  • Providing comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients;
  • Participating in local and international projects in cooperation with CMS teams across other jurisdictions;
  • Independently managing projects, developing client relationships and coordinating team members work;
  • Supporting junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience;
  • Contributing to business development activities, publications and industry events.

Your profile:

  • Admission to the Polish bar as an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) or advocate (adwokat) for Associate and Senior Associate positions, or a law degree for the Lawyer position;
  • Professional experience in Real Estate, Construction or a related area;
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management and/or investment and construction processes;
  • Experience in independently managing projects, as well as supporting clients and building strong client relationships;
  • Fluent English;
  • A high degree of independence and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work on projects and collaborate effectively within a team;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Openness to working in a large team and in a dynamic, international working environment.
