Job Overview

The Business Associate is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain a centralized reporting suite to track key performance indicators (KPIs), business drivers, and the financial impact of strategic programs.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Wealth business.
  • Develop analytics to track value realization from key investments and initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in all reporting and analytics deliverables.
  • Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging
  • Collaborate effectively with partners in Finance, Technology, Risk, and the Front Office to gather data, align on metrics, and deliver insights.
  • Prepare and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team


Recommended Qualifications:

  • 10 -16 years of experience in financial services, with a significant portion in wealth management, business management, strategy, or a related analytics function.
  • Proven experience in leading analytical or strategic projects.
  • Deep understanding of the wealth management value chain, products, and key business drivers.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and business case development.
  • Experience with performance management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, balanced scorecards, QBRs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Masters degree preferred
