We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the Asia Private Bank Business Management team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving strategic planning and  providing critical support to the Asia leadership agenda. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in business management within the financial services industry. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leaders across the region to execute growth initiatives, manage governance forums, and deliver insightful business analytics to support decision-making and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Leadership Engagement

  • Provide dedicated, on-the-ground support for the Asia leadership agenda across Hong Kong and Singapore, including EMT visits, CPB LT meetings, and senior stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare high-impact executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic updates for regional and global leadership forums.
  • Develop compelling content for regional & global senior management, including talking points, speeches, townhall, sales conference and offsite presentations.
  • Work closely with the Head of JANA and Asia South Private Bank and Private Bank Market Executives on key strategic priorities and special projects.

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives

  • Support the development and execution of the Asia Private Bank's growth strategy, including the assessment of competitor landscape, client acquisition and sales initiatives
  • Partner with business, product, and functional stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and support resource allocation decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess returns on strategic investments, identify new growth opportunities, and track the realization of business benefits.

Sales Performance Management & Business Analytics

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to rigorously monitor sales performance and frontline productivity across the Asia Private Bank.
  • Serve as regional stakeholder around enhancement of frontline scorecards, management reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to foster accountability and improve business outcomes.
  • Analyze industry trends and perform competitive landscape benchmarking to identify performance gaps and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Establish and manage regular market review processes, ensuring diligent follow-up on commitments and action items with regional and market leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in business management, strategic planning, or a similar role within the private banking or wealth management industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages for an executive audience.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the Asia private banking landscape, including market dynamics, client segments, and regulatory environments.
