Job Overview

The Delivery Partner is an intermediate level position responsible for employee discipline matters and HR support in coordination with Human Resources teams and Control Functions.The overall objective of this role is to manage a range of HR services related to disciplinary actions and accountability framework within Citi, globally.

Responsibilities include:

-Manage discipline related matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system in compliance with standards and procedures

-Provide guidance to managers on discipline related policies and liaise with HR Generalists, Advisors, other Human Resources teams and business managers to identify issues and recommend timely solutions.

-Drive consistent application of process controls, ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.

-Ensure escalated issues are solved with urgency and employment policies, compliance standards are interpreted and applied consistently across global taxonomies and regions.

-Partner with compliance and surveillance groups to provide HR support as it relates to employee discipline.

-Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner.

-Own process and training documents to reflect enhancements and process changes.  

- Lead team's initiatives, projects, process improvement efforts as well as ensuring training completion for the team. 

-Support recommendations, monitor completion of HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics and other key performance indicators.

-Identify issue trends and partner with management and respective teams to implement solutions.

-Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

    Qualifications:

    2-5 years of relevant experience

    Experience in Human Resources, employee relations or related field

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Systems

    Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

    Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

    Self-motivated and detail oriented

    Proven organization and time management skills

    Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Analytical skills

    Experience working with remote locations

    Working knowledge of HR functions and applicable Employment laws

    Working knowledge of industry standards and practices

    Education:

    Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
