Data Quality Team handles securities data verification in comparison with Vendor information, ensures securities data match between Data Regulatory Operations applications. Data prepared by our Team is later on used for securities processing from training to settlement. The Reference Data Services Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of security data within multiple systems across multiple teams
• Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels
• Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects
• Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
• Working shift:  10:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

Qualifications:

• Fluent English knowledge (written & spoken)
• 1-2 years of  relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset
• Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
• Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
