Job Overview

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 2 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic and routine cash & trade operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform cash and trade processing activities in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards
• Assist with activities related to compliance and control
• Perform job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision
• Aid in internal and external customer contact
• Serve as a backup processor for team members during high volume periods
• Fulfilling the clients necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Pass basic induction and operations training
• Effective written and verbal communication

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Funciones

Administracin   de recursos en custodia de (Banco de Mxico), Realizar cuadre diario de los saldos, recibir  de las compaas de Traslado depsitos y retiros de Bancos Usuarios a si como Dotaciones Y Concentraciones 

• Procesar Retiros de Efectivo asi como Depositos de Bancos
• Realizar Concentraciones y  Dotaciones a Banco de Mexico
• Manejo de Efectivo
• Gestin de operaciones en bveda bajo esquema de dualidad, asegurando cumplimiento de controles internos y resguardo de valores.
• Recepcin, validacin y entrega de efectivo en coordinacin con unidades de traslado de efectivo
• Ejecucin de arqueos e inventarios diarios.
• Validacin de depsitos, identificando errores y aplicando rechazos conforme a normativa para mitigar riesgos operativos y
  financieros.
• Control y resguardo de documentacin Banxico, cumpliendo con lineamientos internos.
• Registro y control de accesos mediante bitcoras en reas crticas.
• Captura y transmisin de datos en sistemas operativos, garantizando precisin en la informacin.
• Seguimiento y control de reportes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en CPAE, asegurando continuidad operativa.
• Generacion de reportes.
